I placed a test order, why isn't my survey appearing?

If you placed a test order and your survey isn't appearing please confirm none of these cases apply to how you are testing

  1. Check the email you used to place the test order and your question targeting rules. For example, if your question is targeted towards new customers only and you placed an order with an email you have previously placed an order with, the survey won't appear.

  2. If you migrated to Shopify checkout extensions and haven't added the Fairing app block to your Thank You and Order Status pages the survey will not load.

  3. If you are unable to place a test order with a new email, you can pull up a recent customers order status page in Shopify to view your live survey.
