The Fairing app looks broken or won't load in my browser

Last updated: October 14, 2026

If pages in the Fairing app (app.fairing.co) look broken, overlapping, cut off, or won't load, the cause is usually something in your browser rather than your account. Work through these in order.

1. Try an incognito or private window

Open app.fairing.co in an incognito window and log in. Incognito runs without extensions and with a clean cache. If the app looks normal there, the problem is a browser extension or cached data.

2. Disable browser extensions

Some extensions inject scripts into every page and conflict with the Fairing app. Known offenders include meeting-recorder and AI note-taking extensions (for example Read AI) and some tag-debugging tools. Disable extensions one at a time, reloading the Fairing app after each, until the page renders correctly. Once you've found the culprit, you can keep it installed and just allow it to run on your other sites only.

3. Clear cache or update your browser

If incognito works but disabling extensions didn't help, clear your browser cache for app.fairing.co, or update the browser to the latest version. Fairing supports current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

4. Still broken?

Send us a screenshot, your browser and version (Chrome: menu → Help → About Google Chrome), and the list of extensions you have enabled. That lets us reproduce it quickly.

Login and verification issues

  • Fairing logs you in with a magic link sent to your email. If it doesn't arrive, check spam and confirm the address matches the one your admin invited.

  • If you're the only admin and have lost access to that email, see How to change account admin or transfer admin access.
