Where can Fairing surveys be displayed?

Fairing surveys are primarily designed to appear post-purchase on the thank you page and order status page after a customer completes their order. This is where the survey will automatically display to collect customer feedback.

You can create a dedicated landing page that hosts your Fairing survey. This allows you to:

• Email survey links to existing customers

• Embed surveys on custom pages

• Capture feedback that is not immediately post purchase

Email Integration

Use email platforms like Klaviyo to send survey links to customers who haven't completed the post-purchase survey. These emails will direct customers to their order status page to complete the survey.
