Can I reclassify "other" responses?

Yes! You can reclassify responses to a current response option, or create an internal category to reclassify responses to.

Reclassify to Current Responses

Go into the response you would like to reclassify. Once you are ready to move the response you can click the response and a drop down will appear. Click on the response you would like to move it to and click the check mark to save the reclassification.

Reclassify to New Response

To create a new response option that is only visible internally, click on the response you would like to reclassify. Once the drop down appears you will have the ability to type your own text into the response field rather than selecting from the drop down. Once you have typed your text in you can save the response. If you would like to move other responses to this custom text it will appear in the drop down moving forward.

Two Level and Bulk Reclassification

Reclassifying responses between follow up and top level questions will be released in early 2025! Bulk reclassifying will follow, with automatic reclassification coming after that.
