How to change or downgrade your plan

You can change your plan at any time, whether you need to upgrade or downgrade based on your order volume needs.
Self-service plan changes
To change your plan yourself:
Go to the Settings section in your app
Scroll to the bottom of the page to see available plans
Click the Change Plan button
You can view all available plans and pricing at https://fairing.co/pricing.
If self-service isn't working
Sometimes the "Change Plan" button may open a support chat instead of allowing self-service changes. In these cases, contact support and they can adjust your plan on their end.
After the plan is adjusted by support, you'll be prompted to accept the new plan in your app.
Billing and prorating
All plan changes are prorated through Shopify. If you change your plan mid-billing cycle, you'll only be charged a prorated amount on your next Shopify bill based on when the change was made.
Choosing the right plan
Plans are based on your expected monthly order volume. If you're unsure which plan fits your needs, contact support with your expected monthly order volume and they can recommend the most cost-effective option.
