Understanding Fairing's Pricing Plans and Order Limits
Last updated: October 8, 2025
Fairing's pricing is based on your total monthly order volume, not the number of survey responses you receive. Here's what you need to know about our pricing structure and how it works.
How Pricing Works
Our plans are tiered based on your total monthly orders. Your plan will reset every month on a custom cycle based on when you first installed the app.
You can view our full pricing structure at fairing.co/pricing.
What Happens When You Exceed Your Plan
If you exceed your monthly order limit:
You will be notified in app that you have exceeded your plan. This notification will prompt you to upgrade.
If you do not upgrade and you continue to exceed your plan limit your account will be locked
When locked, you can reach out to support to upgrade your plan to regain access to Fairing
We will continue to collect responses while your account is locked, but you will not be allowed to view these until you upgrade
Plan Selection Tips
To avoid account locks:
Choose a plan that accommodates your expected monthly order volume
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan manually as needed
Consider seasonal fluctuations when selecting your plan
The app will prompt you when you need to upgrade
Multi-Store Pricing
For businesses with multiple Shopify stores:
Each store requires its own plan based on its individual order volume
We typically offer discounts for additional stores

Important Notes
Pricing is based on total orders, not survey responses
App charges are billed in USD regardless of your store currency
Historical orders imported from previous platforms don't count toward your limit - only orders after installation
Orders that bypass Shopify checkout (and don't see surveys) can be excluded from pricing considerations
