How to cancel or pause your Fairing subscription

To cancel or pause your Fairing subscription, simply uninstall the app from your Shopify app store. This will automatically stop all billing.

If you are using our SDK, reach out to our team through your in app chat and we will help you cancel your plan.

Steps to cancel/pause:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin panel

  2. Navigate to Apps

  3. Find Fairing in your installed apps

  4. Click "Uninstall"

What happens when you uninstall?

  • Billing stops immediately

  • All app code is automatically removed from your theme files - no manual cleanup required

  • Your survey data is preserved and will be available if you reinstall in the future

Want to keep access to your data?

If you need to pause your subscription but want to maintain access to your historical survey responses, contact our support team. In some cases, we may be able to put you on a test plan that allows you to view your data without monthly charges.

You can also export your data before uninstalling to keep a local copy of your survey responses.

Reinstalling later

When you're ready to use Fairing again, simply reinstall the app and all your previous survey data will still be available in your account.
