How to target questions by product or geography

You can customize when and where your questions appear by setting up targeting conditions. Here are the main ways to target your questions:

Geographic Targeting

When editing a question, you can target by geography to show different questions to customers in different locations. This is useful if you want to display region-specific questions or have separate question sets for different countries.

To target by geography, scroll to the bottom of the question edit page and select the countries you'd like the question to display in.

Product Targeting (Shopify Only)

To show questions only for specific products:

1. Edit the question you want to enable product targeting for

2. Scroll to the bottom of the question edit page

3. Select the specific products you want the question to appear for

If you haven't already, you'll be prompted to grant access to read products from your store.

Product Exclusion: If you have many products and it's easier to exclude certain ones rather than select all the ones to include, you can use the product exclusion feature to exclude specific products from showing the question.
