How do I switch my question from multi-response to single-response?

To change your question from multi-response to single-response we recommend creating a new single-response question. Once this question has been created please reach out to our team and we will migrate all historical data from the multi-response question to the new single-response question.

If you’d like to change a follow up question from multi-response to single-response you can delete the original follow up and create a new one within your current question. Once this has been completed please let us know and we’ll perform a data migration!
