I downloaded the app, what do I have to do to get my survey to appear?

Shopify

  1. If you are on the old Shopify checkout we will work out of the box. No additional steps are needed for Fairing to load.

  2. Checkout Extensions: If you are on checkout extensions, you will need to add the Fairing app block to the Thank You page and Order Status page. To do this, navigate to your checkout editor within Shopify, then click on the Thank You page. On the left hand side you will be able to add app blocks. Do the same for the Order Status page.

  3. Once you confirmed Fairing will load, turn on a question within the Fairing app and you will begin to collect responses immediately.
