How to cancel your Fairing subscription

To cancel your Fairing subscription, you need to uninstall the Fairing app from your Shopify admin. Since Fairing is a Shopify app, all billing is handled through Shopify, not within the Fairing app itself.

Steps to cancel your subscription

  1. Log into your Shopify admin

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click on Apps & Sales Channels

  4. Find the Fairing app in your list

  5. Click the three dots next to Fairing

  6. Select Remove or Uninstall

Once you uninstall the app, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will no longer be charged.

Important notes

  • There is no cancel button within the Fairing dashboard - cancellation must be done through Shopify

  • Uninstalling the app will immediately stop all billing

  • If you're having trouble finding the uninstall option, look for it in your Shopify app store or contact Shopify support
