Can I ask specific questions based on the product a customer purchased?

Yes! You can target a question to specific products. If you are on Shopify, go into your question edit page and scroll to the bottom. You’ll be prompted to grant permission for us to read products in Shopify. Once this permission is granted you can turn on product targeting.

Can I select a collection?

At the moment each individual product has to be selected. In 2025 we will launch additional product targeting abilities that will make selecting products in bulk easier.

How does this work if a customer has multiple products in their order?

The customer will see a question for every targeting rule that applies to their order. For example, if you have a specific question for each product in your store, and a customer purchased three products, the customer will see all three questions related to the products they purchased. These questions will appear one at a time in the order they are listed in your Question Stream.
