How many questions should I turn on?

We recommend turning on between 5-7 questions to start. Responses will be captured for each question regardless of if a customer finishes the Question Stream, so there’s no downside to asking additional questions. By turning on at least 5 questions, even with different question targeting rules, you will most likely capture data every time a customer places an order.

Once a customer enters the Question Stream we see response rates for additional questions jump to around 70% and higher, so customers are more likely than not to continue answering questions once they begin the Question Stream.
