Can I require customers to answer all of the questions?

You can not require customers to answer all of the questions, but if a customer stops in the middle of the survey they will pick up where they left off on their next purchase.

If you are an SDK store or using the old Shopify checkout, we recommend creating a full page takeover, which will lead to higher response rates and encourage the customer to complete the survey before closing their browser.
