Should I provide an incentive for completing the survey?

We don’t typically recommend providing incentives for completing the survey because this can lead to biased responses.

If you decide you’d like to provide an incentive, we recommend adding a description to your first question, notifying customers of the incentive.

To automate the incentive, you can use Klaviyo to automatically send an email with the incentive included when a customer completes the last survey question. Alternatively, you can use Shopify Flow to set up a flow for customers who have earned the incentive.
