How to view and change your subscription plan

Our pricing is based on monthly order volume, and all plans include access to all features (if you are on a legacy plan some features may be restricted). Here's how to understand your current plan and explore options for changes.

Current Plan Information

To get details about your current plan and pricing, click on the Settings section in the bottom left corner of your Fairing app. At the bottom of this page you will see your current monthly usage, max volume, and plan price.

If you don't see your plan information in your Settings, reach out to support. We can provide:

  • Your current monthly order volume and plan tier

  • Current pricing

  • Recommendations based on your recent order history

Changing Your Plan

To change your plan:

  1. If you have exceeded your plan limit, you will be prompted to upgrade when you open the Fairing app. Follow the prompt and select the appropriate plan for your order volume

  2. If you don't see an upgrade banner, you can upgrade in the Settings tab in Fairing

If you don't have a "change plan" button in app:

  1. Contact our support team with your expected monthly order volume

  2. We'll provide pricing options

  3. Once you decide on a plan, we'll send you a link to accept the new subscription

  4. You can accept the plan change directly through the provided link

For enterprise-level volumes (30,000+ orders), we offer custom pricing. Contact our team to discuss your specific needs and get a tailored quote.
