"Always" vs "Until Answered"

When a question is set to be asked “always” this means a customer will see it after every order if the other targeting rules on the question also apply to them. If a question is set to “until answered” once a customer answers this question they will never see it again.

When Should "Always" be Used

Using “always” is valuable for questions where the response may change on each order, such as “who is this purchase for?” or “what led you to our store today?”

When Should "Until Answered" be Used

Using “until answered” is valuable for collecting one off personalization facts about your customer, such as their birthday, their age, or their specific interests.
